O'Fallon is seeking concrete removal and replacement services for street and sidewalk improvements in Wards 3 and 4

Description

Work includes removal and replacement of approx. 12,250 SY of concrete streets along with 42 SY of curb ramp and 165 SY of sidewalk in various areas throughout the city. Also includes 11,000 SY of remove and replace 7" PCC pavement; 100 SY of R&R 7" PCC pavement (high-early strength); see outside link. All requests for clarifications on these bidding documents must be received no later than Tuesday, January 13, 2026, by 12:00 PM. The enclosed Request for Information (RFI) form shall be used for all submittals. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
