Telford Borough Authority is seeking sludge hauling and disposal services for wastewater treatment.

Description

Hauling and disposal of aerobically digested dewatered Class B sludge during any one calendar year to be disposed of by land application or landfill. Plant is estimated to generate approx. 1,110 wet tons per year of dewatered sludge having a concentration of approximately 20% solids. Liquid sludge hauling for the Plant shall be on an "as needed" basis and the concentration shall be approximately 2% solids. When needed, the amount would be approx. 221,500 liquid gallons per month or 2,658,000 liquid gallons per year. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Questions Due Date Feb 10th 2026, 4:00 PM EST. The Authority will also accept bids for a five (5) year contract with an option to extend for an additional year, on mutually acceptable terms.
