PUBLIC NOTICE - CONVERSE COUNTY, WYOMINGREQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR MATERIALS TESTING & SPECIAL INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE EASTER WYOMING COLLEGE CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING PROJECTConverse County, WY, along with Eastern Wyoming College (EWC) is accepting Proposals for Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services for the construction of the EWC Construction Technology Building in Douglas, WY. Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. local time on February 9, 2026. Proposals received after this date and time will not be opened or considered. The third-party testing agency must cooperate with the Owners and Owners representative, Architect, Engineers, and General Contractor in performance of duties as defined within the RFP document.
