Purpose: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver Charcoal Gray Ripstop for Tabor City Sewing Plant on an “As Needed” basis, if and when ordered by North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) during the contract period.
