Building 400 Roof Replacement at Las Positas College

The project involves but is not limited to, complete demolition and removal of the existing roof system on building 400, followed by installation of a new roof assembly consisting of mechanically attached R-10 isocyanurate insulation, quarter-inch adhered coverboard, and 80-mil fleece-back thermoplastic membrane. Work includes constructing drainage crickets at roof penetrations, installing 250 LF of walk pads, fabricating and installing boxed HVAC support curbs, providing all perimeter and penetration flashings, completing lead remediation work, and furnishing all associated sheet metal and rough carpentry components.
