The State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), is soliciting proposals (RFP # OMB-MC2006000211) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) upgrades to the Johnson Victrola Museum. The scope of work includes, but may not be limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete MEP upgrades.
