External Construction Audit Services

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is an agency within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) system. The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers solicitations for HHS. PCS, on behalf of the Maintenance and Construction Department of the Health and Specialty Care System (HSCS) division, issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit qualifications from Respondents, who have significant experience in providing construction auditing services for publicly funded construction projects. HHSC intends to award, as needed, Contracts for the regions indicated in Section 1.1 of RFPHHS0016758. HHSC is soliciting the services listed herein under TexasGovernment Code Chapter 2254, Subchapter A, the Professional ServicesProcurement Act.
