The Health and Human Services Commission, for and on behalf ofits Health and Specialty Care System Division, is soliciting Competitive SealedProposals for selection of a General Contractor to provide general constructionand construction administration services to the Owner for Project No.24-101-AUL, Fire Alarm Upgrades, Austin, TX (the “Project”), inaccordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in thisSolicitation. This Solicitation is being issued to select a Contractor forthe Project under authority of Texas Government Code, Section 2155.144(b-2) andChapter 2269, Subchapter D.
