Provide grade & drain with asphalt surface that also includes 2,916 TN crushed stone base; 89 TN asphalt seal aggregate; 11 TN asphalt seal coat; 7 TN asphalt material for tack; 265 TN asphalt pave milling & texturing; 4 EA barricade-type iii; 14,925 CY roadway excavation; 1 LS clearing and grubbing 8 acres; 250 SF temporary signs; 3,453 LF edgeline rumble strips; 21,061 SY erosion control blanket; 25,741 SY temp mulch; 19,500 SY temp seeding and protection.
