Redlands is seeking City Hall renovation services for site and building improvements.

Description

Site improvements include renovation of plaza & new exterior ramps. Building improvements include new exterior openings, extensive 1st floor tenant improvements, minor tenant improvements on the second through sixth floors, and facade access. Alternates include Seismic retrofit, demo of port-cochere, signage, and window shade cover. This solicitation has some or all Federal and State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
