Haymeadow RMF 4A and 5 Site Infrastructure

Work consists is two phases phase 1 - approx 1,629 LF of asphalt roadway, 2,348 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 4,741 SF of concrete sidewalk, 8,154 SF of asphalt parking lot. Also includes approx 1,192 LF of storm piping and associated inlets and manholes, 1,806 LF of 8" DIP, 35 LF of 6" DIP, 2,254 LF of 1" copper with fire hydrants, fittings and gate valves. Phase 2 - approx 986 LF of asphalt roadway, 1,880 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 13,376 SF of concrete sidewalk, 14,535 SF of asphalt parking lot. Also includes approx 745 LF of storm piping and associated inlets and manholes, 825 LF of 8" dip, 10 LF of 6" dip, 3,267 LF of 1" copper with fire hydrants, fittings and gate valves. Also includes approx 1,371 LF of 8" pvc sewer main, 19 manholes, 3 non-potable irrigation meters and 9,224 LF of shallow utilities.
