Work consists of 1 LS clearing & grubbing; 26 EA adjust water valve box to grade; 42 EA adjust utility manhole frame & cover to grade; 1 EA adjust sanitary sewer cleanout frame & cover to grade; 622 LF concrete curb and gutter; 1,955 SF concrete curb ramp; 6,857 SF concrete sidewalk; 105 TN full depth base repair (6-inch depth); 31,898 SY cold milling asphalt pavement (2.5-inch depth); 136 CY subgrade over-excavation; 1 LS traffic markers, markings, striping and signage; 207 CY mulch per section 800; 215 CY composted soil amendment per section 800; 1 LS irrigation system per section 804. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
