Description

Seeking an affordable housing developer with capability to produce several projects over the next few years. The first project (Silver Cliff 12-Lot Project), anecdotally known as “The Village at Silver Cliff”, will be a rental development of approx. up to 19 multifamily units on 12 county owned lots.
