Nassau Community College is seeking roof replacements and repairs for a campus building.

Description

The project entails the complete removal and replacement of the roof of the physical plant building, as well as associated steel and masonry repair work. Work shall include all architectural; principal features of the project include bulk ACM abatement; demolition of all existing roofing materials; and replacements with new components, as well as the removal and reinstallation of existing roof mechanical equipment as included within contract documents. Any interpretations must be requested in writing via email to DDCbidding@ncc.edu by September 15, 2025 @ 4:00 PM. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
