TORRINGTON BOARD OF EDUCATION INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS Torrington Board of Education is seeking a request for quote (RFQ) for snow removal . The bid packets will be available upon emailed request to Dean Pergola, Director of Facilities, at dpergola@torrington.org. All instructions for bidding will be disclosed in the email. The entire bid packet must be returned, with each page initialed, to show understanding of all requirements of the bid document. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. This mandatory meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Participants may attend virtually using this link:https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87429612408 or in person at the Torrington Board of Education Central Office located at 50 Major Besse Drive, 4th floor, Torrington, CT 06790. Only bidders who attend the meeting will be allowed to submit a quote. All RFIs will be responded to via email. Bids will be due back, by Tuesday, October 28, 2025, 10:00 a.m., sealed, and marked Torrington Board of Education Snow Removal Bid: Director of Facilities, to: Torrington Administration Building, 50 Major Besse Drive, Torrington, CT 06790, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
