CITY OF NICHOLLS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Nicholls has experienced damages due to Hurricane Helene occurring in September 2024 (DR-4830-GA). The City is seeking qualifications for architectural and engineering services. Companies desiring to provide services must submit sealed qualifications through the DFS Procurement Services Portal at dfs.bonfirehub.com. The full RFQ can also be reviewed at erassist.com/work. Questions regarding the scope or RFQ should be submitted in the Portal by November 11, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. All qualifications shall be submitted by 2 p.m. on November 17th, 2025. Qualifications will be publicly opened prior to the Nicholls City Council meeting and award is scheduled to occur on December 1st, 2025 at 6 pm. at 7 Van Streat Highway, Nicholls, GA 31554. All companies, including women, minority, and veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit
