The Agency seeks a qualified expert consultant to develop and deliver an expert study on public policy options to address utility wildfire liability that encourages utility accountability while balancing impacts to utility customer rates and service, property insurance costs, wildfire victim recovery, and the need for low-cost capital to support the states planned economic development and clean energy goals
