Description

Provide an independent living program-transitional housing program (ILP-THP). The ILP[1]THP is a housing opportunity for former foster youth (DCFS/Probation), ages 18-21, who are ILP-THP eligible, have a closed case, and are at-risk of homelessness. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
