Chippewa Valley Schools is seeking bottle fill station installation services to replace existing drinking coolers.

Description

Installations of water bottle fill stations throughout the district. Replacement of existing drinking coolers, retrofit of existing bottle fill stations. Work shall include all demolition, plumbing, electrical, and finish restoration needed to provide a fully functional installation. This add alternate shall include all necessary demolition, concrete work, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, and finish restoration required to complete each installation. Any requests for clarification or bid-related questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing. Questions may be directed to Lillian Grayson, Purchasing Coordinator, at lgrayson@cvs.k12.mi.us no later than 4:00 PM on January 30, 2026. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
