Description

The parking deck is an existing precast concrete structure constructed in the early 2000s. The structural system consists of precast double tees, shear walls, single trusses, and concrete members containing pre-stressed cables. The parking deck is six stories in height and includes approximately 223,632 SF, with the top level containing a pool, spa, gym, and tennis court.
