Electronic Youth Monitoring System

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued to establish an Open Agency contract with one or more qualified suppliers to provide an Electronic Youth Monitoring System for the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿). This solicitation is a rebid and a continuation of services previously awarded under RFQ 46100-DJJ0000266 on February 2, 2021. The state entity is a multi-faceted agency that serves youthful offenders up to the age of twenty-one (21), holding them accountable for their actions through probation supervision and secure detention.
