Notice of Electric Reliability Organization Tariff FilingThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the Railbelt Reliability Council (RRC) filed TE10-9001, seeking approval of an increase to the annual surcharge reflecting its 2026 budget, filed with the surcharge. The annual surcharge funds the RRC’s operations and is calculated by allocating its annual budget to the various member electric utilities based on net energy for load. The table below shows a comparison of the current and proposed surcharge for each member electric utility.
