The Housing Authority of the City of Corsicana, Texas (the Housing Authority), respectfully requests proposals (RFP) from qualified individuals or firms to perform independent professional audit services for its public housing agency for fiscal years 2024/2025, 2025/2026 and 2026/2027, with an option for two(2)one-year extensions to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Housing Authority not to exceed five (5) fiscal years total. The Housing Authority operates 297 public housing units between two sites both located in Corsicana, Texas. Responses to this RFP should be addressed to Ms. Kerri Majors, Deputy Director, and received at the Corsicana Housing Authority office, via hand delivery, overnight, express or priority delivery at 1360 N. 13 th Street (Northwest Apt. Leasing Office), Corsicana, Texas 75110, no later than 5:00 PM (Central Time) February 24, 2026. Mailed or faxed RFP’s will not be accepted.
