Trail improvements connecting the Newlin Gulch Trail to the East/West Regional Trail from Main street. Included with improvements, but not limited to, will be approximately 2,900 linear feet of 10’ concrete trail, 130 cubic yards of concrete wall, 1,600 cubic yards of unclassified excavation.
