ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS: Sealed bids will be received from Contractors previously approved through the Owners Prequalification Process for this project by the ***GWINNETT COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION, BUILDING "C" CONFERENCE ROOM AT 53 GWINNETT DRIVE, LAWRENCEVILLE, GEORGIA, 30046*** until ***December 4, 2025 at 3:00 pm Local Time*** for the furnishing of all labor, material, and services for the construction of ***GWINNETT SCHOOL OF MATHEMATICS, SCIENCE, AND TECHNOLOGY, AUDITORIUM & 4TH FLOOR BUILDOUT*** in compliance with plans and specifications. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the time and place stated above. Application for Bidding Documents should be filed with the Architect promptly. Phones will not be available for use by Bidders. Fax transmittals and emails of bid form/proposal will not be accepted by the Owner
