Description

Seeks to execute a single source procurement for the Client Services Network (CSN) software platform by Bell Data Systems, Inc., used for the local Continuum of Care's Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), as well as the department-wide database for client and contract management. The system meets all HUD-required data standards, be customizable, and HVS must have access to the SQL database. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This solicitation is Sole Source.
