Health Insurance Consulting Services

The City of Westfield invites competitive sealed proposals for services from qualified individuals or consultant firms for Health Insurance Consulting Services.Detailed Request for Proposal specifications may be received at and sent to City of Westfield, Purchasing Department, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA  01085 ATTN: Tammy Tefft.  Proposals must be submitted to same address above and clearly marked “Health Insurance Consulting Services—RFP #26-018. RFP’s will be accepted by February 25, 2026 until 2:00 PM.  No RFP’s will be accepted after this date and hour.  As provided in M.G.L. c. 30B, § 6, the proposals shall not be opened publicly, but the City shall cause them to be opened in the presence of one or more witnesses at the time specified aboveAll proposals are subject to the provisions of Mass General Laws, Chapter 30B, inclusive as amended.  The City of Westfield is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer (M/F/H) which encourages utilization of minority and women owned enterprises.
