INVITATION TO BID The Elbert County Board of Commissioners is seeking Sealed Bids, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for approximately 7.44 miles of recycled asphaltic concrete resurfacing on Mauldin Rd (Flatwood Rd to End of Pavement), Butler Rd, Kathwood Dr, Oglesby Blvd (MLK to Campbell St), Dr George Ward Rd (Bakers Ferry to Flatwood Rd), Willie Black Rd, Sunset Dr, Georgia White Rd, Thornton Dr, Seaboard St (R/R to Cook St), Pleasant Grove Rd.
