Description

Replace transformer jacks house. Replacement of the existing 150 KVA pole-mounted transformer with a new pad-mounted transformer of the same size, interior and exterior facility lighting, and HBO panelboards; collecting/reviewing project data and records; developing design concepts and cost estimates; attendance and participation in review meetings; and making revisions requested by the Government. The contractor is expected to submit intermediate design documents and ultimately produce a complete design based on specified requirements.
