Description

Develop, design, and construct the transportation facilities and all related structures, improvements, and systems (project). The project will include, but is not limited to, two (2) travel lanes, bridges, culverts, shoulders, medians, signage, pavement markings, concrete/asphalt paving, low-impact design permanent best management practices (bmps), roadway drainage, roadway lighting and traffic signal systems. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. All Requests for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be received by email no later than November 5, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.,
