2026 TRAN RFP

Invitation to Submit ProposalSealed proposals will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 40 East Market Street, Room 44, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, 18711, until 12:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, December 17, 2025, for a 2026 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Note (TRAN).The City of Wilkes-Barre is seeking proposals for a $3,000,000 TRAN. The TRAN will be either a taxable, non-bank-qualified OR a tax-exempt, bank-qualified note OR a line of credit depending on the City’s preference. Please submit all of the options listed above. The period of the TRAN shall be January 5, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
