Environmental Consulting Services for the Highways Maui District MS4 Program

The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, is soliciting proposals for Environmental Consulting Services for the Highways Maui District Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Program under RFP number HWY-ME-26-002. The primary purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive environmental consulting services to support the Department's compliance with its MS4 permit requirements in the Maui District.
