Description

The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated experience in the design of recreational amenities, specifically trail lighting systems. The selected firm will evaluate the existing lighting system, assess site conditions, and develop construction-ready design documents for a replacement lighting system that is durable, vandal-resistant, and appropriate for the trail environment. Project objectives include, but are not limited to, the following:Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the existing lighting system and associated infrastructurePerform field investigations and site visits to assess current conditionsDevelop and evaluate lighting replacement alternativesPrepare construction-ready plans, technical specifications, and a detailed engineer’s cost estimateRefer to the RFP for more information.
