Description

The scope of work is for a qualified professional engineering firm to perform a comprehensive feasibility study and preliminary engineering for the evaluation, rehabilitation, or replacement of existing water distribution, sanitary sewer, and stormwater drainage infrastructure, etc. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
