Dispatch Generator Replacement

Project called MEA Dispatch Generator Replacement. Construction and commissioning of a new 80kW, Diesel fired Generator and load bank to replace the existing 60kW, Natural Gas fired Generator along with all appurtenant civil, mechanical, and electrical improvements for the MEA Dispatch Center Facility. The existing ATS will be reused with the new generator, and the new generator must interface with the existing ATS controls. A temporary roll up generator must be provisioned and set up as a backup power source while the new generator is being installed. Questions related to the Bid Documents are due no later than 12:00 PM October 31, 2025. Questions must be submitted electronically by email to FormalQuestions@mea.coop. Interested bidders are required to submit written Notice of Intent to Bid to FormalQuestions@mea.coop by 5:00 PM November 7, 2025 in order to submit a bid to MEA's ShareFile site. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
