The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Corrections - Adult Parole Authority, Cleveland Region, is looking to purchase a total of (2) cubicles for the Cleveland/Elyria office located at 9894 Murray Ridge Rd, Elyria, Ohio 44035. The estimated size of the cubicles needed for the Cleveland Elyria Office is (2) Cubicles - 8’W x 8’L. The cubicles must be the same make and model as the cubicles on-site. There are no CAD drawings for the location, so a site visit will be necessary. The supplier must guarantee the delivery of all the cubicles by 6/30/26. Specification requirements include:The agency requests quotes for parts, labor, and installation. There are two cubicles on-site that need to be torn down and discarded. There will be a mandatory site visit Lebanon Office on 12/3/2025 from 2:00 pm- 4:00pm. Walk-in so no registration is necessary.
