Athletic Equipment & Supplies ATH2426

Reg 7 Education Service Center is soliciting proposals for Athletic Equipment & Supplies, as outlined in RFP ATH2426. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract(s) with qualified vendor(s) to provide a comprehensive range of athletic equipment and related supplies to member entities within the Region 7 Education Service Center cooperative purchasing program. The scope of the RFP encompasses the provision of, but is not limited to, various types of athletic equipment including equipment for sports such as basketball, football, volleyball, track and field, baseball/softball, and other common school sports. It also includes related supplies such as uniforms, protective gear, training aids, and field maintenance equipment. The successful vendor(s) will be expected to provide competitive pricing, reliable delivery, and excellent customer service to all participating entities. Key requirements for proposers include demonstrating the ability to supply a wide variety of athletic equipment and supplies, providing detailed product catalogs and pricing information, offering competitive discounts through the cooperative purchasing program, and maintaining adequate inventory to meet the demands of member entities. Proposers must also demonstrate financial stability, relevant experience serving educational institutions, and compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. The deadline for proposal submission is April 18, 2026.
