NOTICE AND ADVERTISEMENT FOR CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY Walker County Board of Education: RFP to Ridgeland High School Renovations. Solicitation: Sealed Proposals from General Contractors will be received by Walker County of Education "the Owner" in the Facilities and Operations Department at 298 Culberson Avenue, LaFayette, GA 30728 until 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 11, 2025 for construction of Ridgeland High School Renovations, 2478 Happy Valley Road, Rossville, GA 30741. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 9:00 AM onsite of project address. Any person or entity that fails to attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will not be permitted to submit a Proposal for the Project and any Proposals submitted by a person or entity that did not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be returned unopened. No extension of proposal will be made
