Description

Project consists of the removal of the bottom 16" of the wall gypsum board in the ninety-three (93) mechanical rooms and replace with PVC to prevent stains and moisture build up. Paint ceiling & walls of the boiler room with a heavy-duty waterproof paint to prevent staining and moisture build up. Pre-bid Conference 09/24/2025 at 10:00 AM EDT Address 8 Amanda Ave., New Bedford, MA 02745. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 09/29/2025 at 2:00PM EDT for general bids. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
