087-26 Training for Light Duty Gas and Diesel Engine Repair

This training is to provide basic instruction in the description and operation, repair, testing, inspecting, services, & diagnostics of gas and diesel engines. Participants must be required to demonstrate hands-on skills to perform moderately complex exercises during the course of the training in all specified areas. After completion of this training, ODOT’s mechanics and auto technicians will be more prepared to pursue ASE certifications in the A1, A8, T1, & T2 categories.1.1: Optional Pre-Bid PresentationThe purpose of the pre-bid tele-conference is to walk through each specification item to ensure each bidder is fully cognizant of the Department’s requirements and specifications. The Department highly encourages all vendors to attend the tele-conference to answer any remaining questions/problems.The optional pre-bid tele-conference will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 9:00am eastern standard time
