For DBM OPSB to obtain Health Plan Administration and Services for eligible members and their dependents as part of the State of Maryland Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program (FA1-FA3), medical benefits plans for eligible members of SLEOLA and their dependents as part of the Program (FA4), and for MDOT-MTA to obtain medical and vision plan health benefits and administration services for its represented employees, retirees, and their eligible dependents, in accordance with MDOT-MTA’s Collective Bargaining Agreements (FA5-FA6) beginning with the anticipated plan year effective January 1, 2027.
