City of Woodland Request for Qualifications for Engineering & Review Services Submittal Deadline: November 6, 2025

CITY OF WOODLAND REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION INFORMATION TO FURNISH PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND REVIEW SERVICESThe City of Woodland is inviting statements of qualifications (SOQ) and performance information from individuals interested in providing engineering and review services beginning in January 2026.Key tasks for which services are sought are to serve as the City’s third-party City engineer. Perform professional services in connection with development review, structural and engineering review, and planning services. Other tasks include review and preparation of plans and studies, public involvement, meeting attendance, and professional staff support. Additional information regarding this request for Professional Services may be directed to Riley Bunnell, Public Works Director.Qualification and performance statements will be reviewed, placed on file for 2026 and used as a source from which to select one or more qualified individuals.  Resumes will be accepted, but not required. Please state the knowledge base of the city’s infrastructure in the first paragraph of the submittal.  The city has no specific submittal format.
