Design and construction administration and observation. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Work Location Fire Station No. 13 is located at 5018 E. Thomas Road. Fire Station No. 71 is planned for property in the area near Mayo Clinic in the northeast area of the city. Fire Station No. 93 is planned for property in the area near Metro Center in the northwest area of the city. The estimated total construction cost for Fire Station No. 13 is $12 million and is General Obligation Bond funded, Fire Station No. 71 is $12 million, and Fire Station No. 93 is $13.5 million.
