Sealed single-prime Bids will be received by the Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (ONWASA), at the ONWASA offices in Jacksonville, North Carolina, until1:00PM EDT., December 4, 2025, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read, for constructing the following facilities:HOLLY RIDGE EFFLUENT FORCE MAIN MODIFICATION: Relocation of approximately300 linear feet of existing 8-inch effluent force main to avoid conflicts with future DukeEnergy transmission infrastructure construction. The project is located within the DukeEnergy Folkstone Transmission Main corridor, located near the terminus of HinesStump House Church Road in Holly Ridge, NC.NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA.For more details, see the Advertisement for Bid under "Related Documents" below.
