Description

Provide specialized reporting as required by County, State, and Federal agencies regarding mandatory reporting requirements. Ensure that all local, state, and federal requirements are met within the timelines set by those agencies for reporting. Adhere to all reporting requirements as prescribed by the State of California Department of Health care Services (DHCS), the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare (CMS), and all other agencies associated with the oversight of financial reporting by Counties and County Contractors. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A due by 11/17/25. Proposals may be emailed to Rfp_rfb_submissions@co.siskiyou.ca.us.
