Description

Provide anatomy and physiology lab renovation. The project requires the contractor to support current instructional needs and address deferred maintenance. The improvements include selective demo, new casework, updates to power/data and lighting, new underfloor plumbing for sinks/eyewash stations (including slab restoration), and limited architectural/mechanical modifications to match the updated lab layout. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A deadline is on 02/02/26; 5:00 PM. HCC has a small business participation goal of Thirty-Five Percent (35%).
