Classification and Compensation Study (RFP)

Seeking a consultant to conduct a comprehensive city -wide classification and compensation study and to develop and update all city job descriptions. The consultant will conduct a project kick -off meeting, either virtually or in -person, with the city manager and other key project stakeholders. Conduct a thorough review of all relevant city documents provided. These will include, but are not limited to, the current organizational chart, existing job descriptions, pay schedules, union contract, the city's personnel policy manual, and recent budget documents. Develop a comprehensive communication plan. This plan will outline how and when information will be shared with city leadership. See outside link. Q&A deadline is on 10/30/25, 5:00 PM.
