50870 Proposal To Extend State Airport Land Use Permit - Klawock

PROPOSAL TO EXTEND STATE AIRPORT LAND USE PERMIT: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend the land use permit for Parcel C, consisting of approximately 22,500 square feet, at Klawock Airport under ADA-50870 for an additional five (5) years, to expire September 24, 2030. Applicant: Temsco Helicopters Inc. Annual rent: $4,882. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Parking and fueling of permittee’s helicopters including placement of a mobile fuel tank for aviation fuel. Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., October 5, 2025 after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
