Evaluation services and technical assistance of the Sacramento Children’s Fund (RFP)

The City seeks a firm that will provide the following services An evaluation firm to work collaboratively with staff and the SCF commission to design a comprehensive evaluation to provide recommendations for funding allocations, fund management, and public accountability. This includes annual service performance reports and evaluation reports. The firm will also work closely with SCF grantees, that include, community-based organizations and public entities, to provide training, technical assistance, and capacity building activities focused on SCF’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning. Q&A deadline is on 10/10/2025 5:00 PM (PDT). Project Duration Original contract for 1 year with option to extend the contract up to an additional 4 years (multi-year). LBE goal 5%.
