690580-100001 PAWP CW112 Raw Water Line

The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities is receiving bids until April 15, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. Eastern time for construction of the Division of Water’s Parsons Avenue Water Plant CW112 Raw Water Line project, C.I.P. No. 690580-100001, the work for which consists of: constructing the raw waterline from the Parsons Avenue Water Plant to an existing 42” raw waterline, installing approximately1015 LF of 36” and 1570 LF of 42” prestressed concrete cylinder pipe, approximately 376 LF of the 36” pipe is to be directionally drilled inside of a 60” steel casing pipe along with 4 -5” diameter electrical conduit with pull boxes, and other work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted. All questions concerning this project are to be sent to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions will be April 3, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time, phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com as an addendum.
